Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vertflow (the "Service"), a web application that connects to your YouTube account(s) to show your channel statistics and revenue. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vertflow lets you connect one or more Google/YouTube accounts and view aggregated statistics — subscribers, views, watch time, and estimated per-video and per-channel revenue — retrieved from the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. Access to your YouTube data is read-only: Vertflow never posts, edits, or deletes anything on your channels. You may also record revenue from other platforms manually.

2. Use of YouTube API Services

Vertflow uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google's use of information it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. How Vertflow itself handles the data it accesses is described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke Vertflow's access to your Google data at any time through your Google security settings or by disconnecting the account inside Vertflow.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to hold a Google account in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and recovery phrase secure. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require an active paid subscription, currently US$20 per month. You may stop using the Service at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change subscription pricing on reasonable notice, with changes applying to future billing periods. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • connect accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, to other users' data, or to our systems;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or the underlying APIs;
  • use the Service to violate the YouTube Terms of Service, Google API policies, or any applicable law;
  • resell, scrape, or redistribute data or functionality from the Service without our permission.

6. Your content and data

You retain all rights to your channels, content, and data. You grant Vertflow a limited right to access, process, and display your YouTube data solely to provide the Service to you. We store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and use your data only to operate the features you use; we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to delete your account and all associated data.

7. Estimates & accuracy

Revenue, views, and other figures are provided by the YouTube APIs and may be estimates, delayed, or later revised by YouTube. Vertflow presents this information as reported and does not guarantee its accuracy. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vertflow and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, or to copy or modify the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including Google, YouTube, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will always be accurate or available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertflow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or where necessary to comply with the law or with API-provider requirements. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.

13. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Armenia, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
